TransUnion, a Chicago-based credit ratings firm, recently revealed the U.S. metropolitan areas with the highest and lowest average credit scores. California and the Northeast received high marks, while the South seems to suffer from a serious lack of credit know-how. Here are the 10 cities that came out on top.
